The Doug Fir is alright, I like the hip hop clubs in Portland better. Doug Fir doesn't have hip hop shows very often.

I have been to a few shows at the Doug Fir Lounge and they have all been pretty cool. Out of all the Portland venues it is one of the better ones. Its better for smaller concerts, but a packed show is pretty good too. I gave Doug Fir 4 stars
